ClickMate is completely free software:

• No hidden costs
• No feature limitations
• No registration required

We will never charge for ClickMate. Beware of any third parties attempting to sell or charge for access to ClickMate.

4. Acceptable Use

When using ClickMate, you agree to:

• Illegal Activities - Don't use ClickMate for any illegal purpose
• Unauthorized Access - Don't use it to bypass security measures or gain unauthorized access
• Terms Violations - Don't use it to violate terms of service of games, websites, or applications
• Harm to Others - Don't use it in ways that harm or harass others
• Cheating - Don't use it for unfair advantage in competitive gaming where prohibited
• Malicious Automation - Don't use it for spam, DDoS attacks, or other malicious automation

5. User Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for how you use ClickMate
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You must respect the terms of service of any platforms where you use ClickMate
• You accept all risks associated with using automation software
• You are responsible for any consequences resulting from your use of ClickMate

6. No Warranty

ClickMate is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or reliability
• Freedom from errors or bugs

We do not guarantee that:

• The Software will meet your requirements
• The Software will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Any errors will be corrected
• The Software will be compatible with your system

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless xAnts, its contributors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:

• Actions taken by third parties against your account or access
• The availability or reliability of third-party services

12. Gaming and Anti-Cheat Systems

Specific notice regarding gaming use:

• Single-Player Games - Generally safe to use in single-player games where you're not affecting other players
• Multiplayer Games - Many multiplayer games prohibit automation tools. Check game rules before using
• Competitive Games - Strongly discouraged in competitive gaming where it provides unfair advantage
• Anti-Cheat Detection - Some games use anti-cheat systems that may detect and ban for using automation tools

We strongly recommend checking each game's terms of service before using ClickMate with it.

13. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate your use of ClickMate at any time by uninstalling the Software.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our website, support, or related services (but not the Software itself, as it's open-source) for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

14. Privacy

Your use of ClickMate is also governed by our Privacy Policy. In summary:

• We don't collect your personal data
• Your settings are stored locally only
• No usage tracking or analytics in the app

15. Accessibility

16. No Support Obligation

While we strive to provide helpful documentation and community support, we have no obligation to provide support, maintenance, updates, or fixes for ClickMate. Support is provided on a best-effort basis through:

17. Governing Law
